It is my job to listen to the Police Officer's testimony and find any inconsistencies or omissions.
Most cases are won by pointing out to the judge any obvious deficiencies in the case presented by the People.

Since 1992, we have been specializing in this field of law and are familiar with all of the nuances which can lead to dismissals and non-guilty verdicts.
